Yes, we need to start from scratch with immigration enforcement, but the problem that we need to dispose of first is failed dependent Mexico. The only way is for all to agree that the only solution is incorporation of Mexico into the U.S., and then talk about the timing and funding. Once a new generation grows up who only knows one country and one govt., ours, the bigger better unified U.S. can easily start over with immigration enforcement vis a vis real aliens overseas.
