    The totally corrupt Mexican govt. is run by elitist fatcats and criminal cartels, and it puts up an act to stay in power while cutting deals with the U.S. establishment to avoid the spotlight, hence anything it does with the U.S. govt. can only have a pricetag at the end of billions of dollars that will likely end up in the officials’ pockets while solving nothing. The Mexican govt. is the problem, and until it’s dissolved the U.S.-Mexico border will remain an interface that it uses to dump its dirty laundry over.
