Sorry, but political shenanigans can force employers to pay workers more, but can’t force customers to buy the products or services at the jacked-up prices, so something has to give, and it will be the workers getting laid-off, or business expansion stifled to prevent bankruptcy. Therefore, min. wage laws are useless.Instead, let the free market set competitive wages for a worker at the cost to hire a replacement. If workers don’t like min. wage, they better train for a better job than burger-flipping.
