  1. All reform in U.S. immigration laws are pointless if the laws can’t be enforced. When it comes to the U.S.-Mexico border, it’s only a fantasy that it can be effectively sealed against border-crossers, therefore the reform’s whole point is dead in the water. However, we can change the paradigm to make border enforcement possible, by expanding it to the Mexican coasts after reorganizing Mexico’s territory as several new U.S. states and accepting a bilingual nation sans racism.
